Activity Description
Through simple movement and appropriate breathing, your children will develop their motor skills (agility, strength, balance, flexibility), sharpen their focus, and increase the awareness of their own body and mind.
Children should wear a t-shirt or long sleeved top and leggings.
Introducing the Teacher
The instructor, Tareq Bouyakhf, is a certified teacher (RYT 200) in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and has a genuine passion for sports and movement. He looks forward to making sure your children will learn in a safe and fun environment. Mr Bouyakhf speaks French, English and German.
